๐๐€๐๐‰๐”๐‹, ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ“: On Tuesday, November 4th, the Government of The Republic of The Gambia, represented by H.E. Ambassador Masanneh N. Kinteh, and the Korea-Africa Foundation (KAF), led by President Kim Young-chae, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the KAF office in Seocho-gu, Seoul.

The MOU was signed on the margins of the Korea-Africa Senior Officialsโ€™ Meeting (SOM), under the initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, with a focus on capacity building, youth empowerment, trade promotion, and the enhancement of The Gambiaโ€™s digital infrastructure.

Through this agreement, both parties will collaborate in areas including:
โ–ชYouth employment and skills development
โ–ชPromotion of trade and investment
โ–ชSupport for digital transformation and improved public services
โ–ชCapacity building and knowledge exchange

A central aim of the partnership is to strengthen bilateral digital cooperation, including creating networks between Korean and Gambian enterprises to support The Gambiaโ€™s digital transition.

This MOU reflects The Gambia and Koreaโ€™s commitment to practical collaboration for mutual growth, reinforcing solidarity and sustainable development between theย twoย nations.
