๐๐๐ง๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฅ, ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐๐ญ๐จ๐๐๐ซ ๐๐๐๐: The Honorable Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Gambians Abroad, H.E. Sering Modou Njie, recently held a meeting with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain to The Gambia, H.E. Dolores Rรญos Peset, at his office in Banjul. The meeting, which took place on 13th September 2025, provided an opportunity for both sides to reaffirm the close and enduring partnership between The Gambia and Spain.
Their discussions focused on strengthening cooperation in key areas of mutual interest.
Ambassador Rรญos Peset commended the strong bonds of friendship between the two nations, describing the partnership as long-standing and mutually beneficial. Minister Njie expressed gratitude for Spainโs steadfast support to The Gambia, particularly in development and migration-related initiatives.
Both parties pledged to continue working together to deepen bilateral ties and promote the shared values of solidarity, respect, and cooperation that underpin the relationship between The Gambia and the Kingdomย ofย Spain.
